The bounce rate, was reduced significantly, due to constant updates, and iterations

I conducted a Heuristic Evaluation of the website, identifying key usability issues based on the ten heuristic principles. I then led a team discussion to align on actionable recommendations for improvement.

The program section highlights initiatives but lacks clear CTAs, potentially leading to missed user engagement
Include clear, actionable buttons for each program, such as "Join Now," "Learn More," or "Register," can easily take users to the next step

The "Upcoming Events" section shows "No upcoming events," with no guidance or alternative actions, leading to a poor user experience.
Add a message like "Check back soon" or links to past events to keep users engaged when no events are scheduled

The "Read our Story" button doesn't clearly indicate what action it will lead to or why it's important for potential members.
Replace with a more specific and action-oriented CTA such as "Learn How to Join APMC"

Inconsistent Information Density Principle: Aesthetic and minimalist design
Balance the information presentation by adding concise bullet points or icons to summarize key benefits in the upper section

I led brainstorming sessions to define design requirements and user needs, then collaborated with the team to draft user flows and develop wireframes for the site revamp.

After sketching the solution, my team, including UI designers, proceeded with redesigning by converting the wireframes into high-fidelity prototypes. The updated design was then launched. Following the launch, I conducted usability testing, capturing live data using tools like Hotjar analytics to analyze heatmaps, click rates, and rage clicks, helping us understand user response to the new site for feedback and future iterations.

I studied the heat maps to understand user behavior on home page
